Easy to understand presenters who have an excellent knowledge of drone applications within agriculture.
Tim - Orange,
We love this review from Belinda Harris of James Sheahan Catholic High School. Thanks Belinda!
I am writing to express my review of Bralea and in particular Brooke Watts.
This company continually goes above and beyond to develop various workshops with the agricultural industry to support the education of students in this ever expanding industry. I have attended various workshops that have been coordinated by Bralca. These include:
Dubbo NSW Wether Challenge - this is an event that requires Bralca to coordinate with a wide variety of schools and industry professionals. The event starts in March and continues through until the 2 day final workshops in August. The amount of time and coordination that this event requires is astronomical. They are not only liasing with 60 schools, and various industry professionals, they are also coordinating over 500 sheep.
The level of professionalism that Bralea demonstrate in order to develop these workshops is commendable. The students gain invaluable experience and knowledge about a wide variety of aspects such as animal welfare, sheep husbandry, careers within the industry and sheep production (to name a few). All students and teachers thoroughly enjoy this event and look forward to it every year.
Orange Agricultural Workshop Day - This day comprised of many students rotating around workshops that have been tailored around beef cattle, soils, careers, wool classing, sheep classing and young farmers challenges. This day allowed students to get a variety of different roles with the agriculture industry and detailed how they can get involved. Like all the days organized by Bralca, this day was interactive and hands on for all students. This approach to student education allows them to increase their knowledge in an enjoyable and diverse way.
Orange Show - My students also attended the event organized by Bralea this year, which they thought was a fun and interactive day which allowed them to showcase what they have learnt throughout their agricultural experiences.
James Sheahan Catholic High School Race Delivery Day- This day was organized by myself based on the platforms that Bralca have previously organized (ie rotating through workshops). Bralca assisted this opening by attending and being a guest speaker demonstrating ewe scanning to our students. The students thought this was amazing as they got to scan and identify lambs in our ewes here at school. Another amazing effort by the Bralca team.
The level of passion and zest that Bralca put into any event they encounter is inspirational. They demonstrate their love for the agricultural industry and the essential need to encourage our young students to consider entering this industry. In this year alone, the school's community and their students are indebted to Bralea for their continued drive to educate our adolescents of today. I would recommend Bralca to any person and organization. They are professional, knowledgeable and crucial to our industry. Thankyou to all the Bralca team, especially Brooke Watts, for their continued assistance and guidance throughout the year.
